Imc CAEMAX telemetry relies on the universal approach of one module fits all, where the same transmitter can be used for different types of sensors such as strain gauges, thermocouples, accelerometers. This compact, lightweight transmitter unit is available with full signal conditioning and digitization of up to 6 channels and an integrated antenna. The Imc ACEMAZ telemetry offers a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C (standard) and from -40 °C to +125 °C (Dx-HT).
The multi-channel telemetry system is specifically designed for torque and strain gauge measurement on the rotating shaft. Therefore, it has been designed with a divisible shaft housing to allow for quick assembly and installation as well as protect the strain gauge and the transmitter electronics. The power is supplied through the inductive coil or an inductive ring stator for continuous operation.
The system can be seamlessly integrated into the measurement hardware via standard interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet and analog.
