The High Resolution Signal Processor ensures smooth velocity control and stable position control, achieving contouring accuracy with a resolution as fine as 20nm. The Corner Control optimizes parameters based on cutting data, wire diameter, angle, and workpiece thickness, ensuring high accuracy and speed even on small and continuous corners. The Stable Discharge Board (SD-Master) provides consistent cutting accuracy and high-speed performance, with 95.45% of workpieces within ±1.5µm accuracy when cutting 100 holes of 6mm continuously. The Micro Sparking Technology (MST) achieves the best surface roughness, progressively improving with each cut.
