Australian Resistors as the name implies is an Australian company privately owned and largely dedicated to the manufacture of wire wound resistors and lays claim to being the largest volume producer of resistors in the country. We have acquired the latest in winding and testing technology to ensure the quality of our products is second to none. Australian Resistors also produces its own coatings and metal parts such as terminals and brackets "inhouse".

We pride ourselves on the high level of quality achieved. Our quality system and manufacturing procedures are based on the ISO 9002 model. Further, all our products are 2 tier tested with every resistor being 100% tested on "state of the art" automatic or manual testing equipment, followed by a further sample check to ensure no system failure has occurred.
