Management is pro-active. Senior management regularly visit manufacturers' facilities throughout the world to investigate new technical developments and manufacturing processes to ensure quality, price and competitiveness. They also visit clients to keep them informed and to strengthen the business ties.

The company sales team is trained and competent to look beyond short term gain. Sales personnel do not sell to meet a budget gain but involve themselves with client needs from a consulting perspective.

The company also operates through a national distributor network who supply to the end user. The stability and reliability of the distributor base has been developed and is maintained by a close liaison and communication with Beaver's sales team and senior management.
