CANTIPRO - The use of cantilever racking is to permit the quickest possible placement, storage and removal of varying lengths of product.

Benefits of CANTIPRO Cantilever Racking:

The extreme heights permitted by cantilever racks save valuable floor space and utilise the building cube to the utmost.
As cantilever racking has no posts or columns along the aisle as in conventional storage racks, 25% increase in capacity may be realised.
Access with handling equipment is cheaper, faster and enables receipt/despatch areas to be free for other operations.
Side loaders, 4-directional fork lift trucks and stacker cranes require very little aisle space.

Redstock/Sipag has redesigned the original Sipag System and now market it as Cantipro, some of the main differences being:

The columns are straight, not tapered
The bases are bolted, not welded, allowing for lower freight charges and easier handling
Because the columns are straight we no longer need to weld in the inserts to create the tapered columns therefore reducing labour costs
Column verticality less than 1/100 (no deformation towards front side)
Columns are finished in Senzimir (electroplate galvanisation) finish at no extra charge. This solution is 25% cheaper than hot dipped galvanisation with zinc.
Connecting lugs installed through each column giving a good stability to the whole column row compared with lugs welded only from one column side
All the steel for the columns is sourced from Europe.
The system still has a built in 50% safety factor over and above the load design and still uses the original Sipag locking pins
