PA-800FS-HP-IQ / PA-1200FS-HP-IQ / PA-2000FS-HP-IQ / PA-800TS-LT-HP-IQ / PA-1200TS-LT-HP-IQ Models are designed to be used with Co2 Laser cutters and these fume extraction units are suitable for the dust collection and purification of smoke and odours generated by laser cutting acrylic, PS board, plastic materials, paper, wood/MDF/Plywood and other materials.
Which series one do I need
The FS-HP-IQ suitable for CO2 laser cutting mainly for acrylic/plastic/fabric/abs/PET and those material which mainly produce strong smells. Whilst the TS-LT-HP-IQ suitable is CO2 laser cutting mainly wood/plywood/MDF and those material which mainly produce sticky dust. I hear you asking but hey I cut both. Well then best choose the one that matches the vast majority of your work.
Which size do I need
The PA-800 size machines are suitable for any fully enclosed laser upto and including 1400mm x 900mm cutting table. The PA-1200 machines are perfect for the standard 2500mm x 1300mm open flat bed machines and the PA-2000 series are for machines as large as 3000mm x 3000mm with open beds.
Working Principle
The brushless fan in the purifier generates air volume and negative pressure, sucks the smoke and exhaust gas into the filter, and discharges it indoors after being purified by multi-stage filter elements such as primary, medium, high efficiency and gas filters.
