Norbar TruCheck range is simple, cost effective torque wrench tester for the automotive or maintenance workshop. It is designed to provide a simple, user friendly process for checking torque wrenches.
This reduces the necessity for wrenches to leave the workshop for calibration and also identifies when the tool is no longer in specification. This is equally important, as the workshop immediately knows when a torque wrench should not be used.
The 'TruCheck' torque wrench testers aim to cut the cost of purchasing a torque wrench calibration system, and remove the fears over the complexity of using such equipment. 'TruCheck' being the most basic version, and the 'TruCheck Plus' having greater functionality, to offer more flexibility.
Norbar has launch the latest TruCheck 1000 N.m and TruCheck 750 lbf.ft, these new models utilise the same casing and electronics as the successful TruCheck 350 but with modified base plate and larger transducer shaft terminating in a 27mm hexagon output shaft. A 3/4" square drive to 27mm hexagon socket is supplied.
This extension to the TruCheck family will take the concept of high quality, cost effective and simple to use testers to truck and bus garages and other businesses using 3/4" square drive torque wrenches.
TruCheck instruments are supplied as standard with a traceable calibration certificate for the clockwise direction.
Accuracy: +/- 1%, +/- 1 digit over the stated operating range.
