New Visual2 Controller
The Visual controller has a high level independent background PLC which can do very complex outside Automation jobs.

The simple easy to use controls on Visual 2 make complex programs easier and within the reach of people who have no programming experience.

We had a special Sepro 4040 made with a 10 metre beam to simultaneously palletise the put of 4 blow moulding machines and interface with the takeout units on the moulders and work with all the guard doors in the enclosed guarded area where the palletising took place. This was done with the Visual 1 Controller and would have been easier with the Visual 2 controller.

In fact not one of their competitors could have done this with their standard controls and would not have matched the linear speeds. So Sepro robots can be used for more than pick and place.

The Visual two allows much higher level communications between other devices like Vision systems for instance, plus it’s made for wireless networking to a laptop or your factory’s network.
