High Performance Veneering

Applied as a surface veneer or soil stabiliser, the Gluon™ polymer bonds upon hydration creating a surface mesh and binding the soil/ore.  The bonding chain remains stable and flexible, to fix soil in place. Gluon™ Water Erosion Control Applications generate a tighter rolled surface which create low permeability skins to prevent water erosion.

Dye Marking

Gluon™ dries to a clear coat, detectable by touch, but can be combined with dye markers to colour code application areas, a useful tool to manage open area applications. Natural soil colour will influence dye colour selection – green is most common for lighter coloured soils, but brown, blue and black are also options. Application frequency can then be monitored visually by colour tone.
