The SUPERIOR EdgeBlast Turntable Shotblasting Machine is the universal solution for batch processing workpieces that are too heavy for hangers or too fragile for tumble belts. It enables the efficient descaling, deburring, and surface preparation of large or irregularly shaped items.

Damage-Free Processing: Parts are loaded directly onto a heavy-duty rotary table, eliminating the risk of impact damage associated with tumbling, making it ideal for precision-machined parts and delicate castings.
Total Coverage: As the table rotates within the blast chamber, multiple high-efficiency turbines positioned on the roof and sides bombard the workpiece from different angles, cleaning top and lateral surfaces uniformly.
Heavy Load Capacity: Engineered to handle massive components such as engine blocks, large dies, and welded structures, with table capacities often ranging from 500kg to over 5,000kg.
