The result is a range of high-performance tray sealer machines, able to handle packs of almost any shape or material. Ishida tray sealers deliver high-quality seals, such as the well-known inside cut seal that help to make consumer products more appealing. They also provide significant reductions in film usage. Through their flexibility, speed and ease of operation, they also offer new levels of return on floorspace.

The QX-775-Flex tray sealer combines a compact design with high speeds for MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) trays of up to 15 cycles per minute, along with maximum hygiene and high quality pack and product presentation. The system is also compatible with a variety of packaging applications including standard MAP, skinpack and shrink film, making it ideal for all types of fish and seafood products. The tray sealer offers a high return on floor space through its compact design and high output capability, and can also be easily integrated to form part of a complete packing line.

QX300 - This entry-level model combines excellent seal integrity and pack presentation with flexibility, quick changeovers and user-friendly operation in one compact and hygienic design. up to five cycles per minute, the QX-300 can pack up to 20 trays per minute.

QX1100 - Offers the flexibility of an easy-tool-change machine but at speeds previously only achieved with the less flexible, platen-type sealer. It also offers exceptional control of both seal and atmosphere to deliver the highest possible quality, with maximum appeal to consumer and retailer. Seals 200 trays per minute.
