Since the foundation of the company in 1965, EM-Technik has grown to be one of the leading manufacturers in the international plastic industry, and produces high quality fittings and valves from a variety of thermoplastic materials such as PA, PP, PVDF, PFA, PTFE and PEEK.

These materials are used to manufacture an assortment of products ranging from couplings, valves, flow meters and manifolds.

Fittings are available in a variety of tube sizes, from 0.7mm up to 25mm, with thread sizes from 1/8” to 1” and valves are available from DN3 up to DN10.

Since 1997, EM-Technik has been a member of the “Ultra Pure Medical Initiative”, an interest group dedicated to the joint pursuit of two main objectives:

Improving Europe’s medium-term attractiveness and efficiency as an industrial centre on the one hand, and ensuring a complete quality chain for the production of ultra pure media on the other.

Approval was also granted in 1997 for EM-Technik to manufacture and assemble under clean-room conditions (class 100).

Their products are used extensively for connecting, measuring and regulating, in Laboratories and Analytical facilities as well as in the Pneumatic, Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Chemical Dosing, Medical Equipment and Semi Conductor Industries, to name just a few.
