Vacuum Truck Supplies Portable Vacuum ...
The EVAC 1600 is a compact, self-contained portable vacuum unit designed for liquid and sludge waste recovery where a full-sized vacuum truck is not required. Built for practical site work, the EVAC 1600 is suited to portable toilet servicing, septic waste, sewerage, oily water, waste cooking oil, concrete cutting waste, paint booth sludges, communication pits, aquaculture waste, agricultural sludges, industrial liquid waste and general site clean-up.
With a 1,600L stainless steel waste tank and 600L fresh water tank, the EVAC 1600 gives operators useful holding capacity in a portable skid-mounted package. It is designed to be mounted to a suitable flat bed, ute tray or dual-axle trailer, and can be moved using a forklift. Tie-down and lifting points are included to help secure the unit during transport and operation.
The waste tank is constructed from 5mm GR304 stainless steel, giving the unit strong resistance to corrosion and everyday site use. The tank includes sight glasses so operators can monitor the waste level during operation, along with a top wash-out manway and side access for cleaning and inspection.
The EVAC 1600 uses a 50mm vacuum system and comes with 10m of suction hose fitted to a 75mm inlet. Blockage access is included to assist operators if material builds up in the system. Waste can be emptied through the 75mm discharge valve positioned at the rear lower point of the tank.
To help protect the vacuum pump from product carryover, the EVAC 1600 is fitted with primary and secondary shut-off protection. The primary shut-off is positioned as the first line of defence, while the secondary shut-off provides additional protection if product bypasses the primary system. The unit also includes an oil catch muffler, pressure relief valve, vacuum relief valve, and vacuum and pressure gauge.
The vacuum system is powered by a 195 m³/h, 115 CFM vacuum pump with a Honda petrol drive motor. The unit is vacuum tested to -101 kPa and pressure tested to 100 kPa, giving operators reliable vacuum and pressure capability in a compact portable system.
The onboard fresh water system includes a 600L fresh water tank with sight tube and a Honda low-pressure pump. A retractable steel hose reel with 20m of water delivery hose provides clean water for wash-out work, rinsing equipment and filling portable toilet tanks.
The EVAC 1600 is AS1210 CL3 and AS4343 compliant, and can be registered with WorkSafe as plant equipment. It is fully self-contained, with vacuum and fresh water systems built into the unit.
Overall dimensions are approximately 1750mm x 2420mm x 1280mm, with an empty weight of approximately 950kg.
The EVAC 1600 is not designed for hydro excavation or dangerous goods waste. It is built for operators who need a compact, portable and practical liquid waste recovery unit that is simple to use, easy to move and ready for real work.
