The Perfect Column Type surface grinders are engineered for precision and productivity. The column-type design provides structural rigidity, while the AC servo motor-driven vertical travel ensures smooth and accurate positioning. Manual MPG operation allows fine control, and the ball screw system on both cross and vertical axes enhances feed precision and longevity.

These grinders feature a powerful 10HP spindle motor, with optional upgrades to 15HP for heavy-duty applications. The hydraulic system (3HP) supports stable longitudinal movement, and the cross feed is powered by a 1/5HP motor. The vertical motor is a 1KW AC servo unit, enabling rapid and controlled vertical adjustments.

The machine is built to metric standards (415V/50Hz/3Ph) and comes in a blue/white finish. It includes a comprehensive set of standard accessories and offers a wide range of optional extras to tailor the machine to specific grinding needs.
